Kathmandu University, School of Engineering invites application from dynamic and qualified candidates who are willing to take up professional challenges in academics, for the following positions on contract basis.

* Note: Initial contract period will be 6 months or one semester. Contract period may be extended based upon performance.
Minimum Qualification Requirement:
- Lecturer: Masters' Degree in related discipline in 1st division or equivalent
- Teaching Assistant: Bachelor Degree in related discipline in 1st division or Equivalent If the division is not clear in the transcript/certificate, the candidate shall submit equivalence division certification from relevant authority. Application with unclear division or division equivalence from relevant authority may be rejected. Division recognition for unclear cases will be as per decision of the university. Degree obtained abroad should have obtained equivalence from relevant authority in Nepal.
Documents required:
Recent CV, copies of mark sheets and certificates of all academic degree qualifications/ transcripts, citizenship certificate, work and professional experience certificates (both existing and previous), engineering council registration certificate (for engineering disciplines) and other credentials as applicable; Two recent PP size photographs should also be attached.
The completed application form must be submitted along with application fee deposit voucher of Rs. 500 (deposited to KU bank account) and necessary documents not later than August 10, 2018 to School of Engineering Office, KU, Dhulikhel, Kavre.
Salary and benefits will be as per the rule of the University.
