Landing law Nepal is a private company providing legal consultancy services for performing business activities to Nepalese citizens in China and Chinese citizens in Nepal. We need an exceptionally talented, experienced, and energetic candidate to join our Team.
Identify Nepalese client's query and provide legal services related to Chinese Law in Nepal. Identify Chinese client's query and provide legal services related to Nepalese Law in Nepal. Provide timely and accurate and information by clarifying issues, researching answers and escalating unsolved problems. Provide legal opinion in English and Chinese language. Record the client's information and detail descriptions of the issue. Assist client to resolve their legal problems through phone or on site. Attend calls and assist on clients from other countries queries to Chinese Law. Strong clients focus-understands the impact of actions on the client's experience. Ensure to maintain a good relationship among the clients and with other employees themselves.
Basic Qualification Requirements:
Minimum education requirement is an L.L.B or equivalent degree in law. Weighted consideration shall be given to the candidate having Bachelors degree in law in China. Preference will be given on the basis of work experience and oral skills. Fluent in Chinese language (Mandarin) and English. Excellent communication and presentation skills and have the ability to produce a new strategy to increase the client's satisfaction. Should have good knowledge of Chinese tax law, trade law, and business law. Should have work experience of minimum five years. Salary and benefits are directly related to qualification and experience.
