Mallarani Rural Development Concern Center is a non-profit social organization working for the social transformation of the community. Established as the first non-governmental organization in Pyuthan district, it has been advocating for the past four decades in the areas of social mobilization, small physical infrastructure, income generation, and entrepreneurship, health and nutrition reform, sanitation, climate change adaptation, and environment protection, local culture preservation, and good governance. It has been leading for local capacity development. In order to achieve the objectives of the organization, this organization has been coordinating and cooperating with various governmental and non-governmental organizations, development partner organizations, local levels, and other stakeholders.

In order to run HIV and TB programs targeting migrants and their spouses in Pyuthan and Arghakhanchi districts with the support of Save the Children, Global Fund, the required posts under contract service in this organization have to be filled immediately through open competition; Eligible Nepali citizens are duly invited to apply within seven days from the date of publication of this notice with their personal details (8), copy of citizenship, educational qualification, experience and training certificates, and 3 recent passport size photos attached.

Required Qualification and Priority:

Program Coordinator (Karyakram Samyojak):

  • At least 2 years experience in project operation after graduating in public health or at least 4 years experience in HIV and TB program operation in any subject.
  • Good knowledge of computer office package (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) including email and the internet.
  • To be able to make report by analyzing the capacity and facts and information related to community mobilization, lobbying and lobbying.
  • Ability to coordinate and cooperate with district level stakeholders.
  • Communication skills in both Nepali and English languages
  • Can ride a motorcycle

Program Officer:

  • Experience in running health-related programs after graduation or at least 1-year of experience in project operation after passing Health Assistant (HA).
  • Good knowledge of computer office package (MS Word, Excel, Power Point) including email and internet.
  • Ability to coordinate and cooperate with district level stakeholders.
  • Communication skills in both Nepali and English languages.
  • Can ride a motorcycle.

Lab Assistant:

  • Passed the LAB Assistant course and registered with the concerned council and gained one year experience in the related subject.
  • Coordinate with local stakeholders.
  • General knowledge of computer office package (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) including email and internet.
  • Communication skills in both Nepali and English languages.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who are experienced and can ride a motorcycle.

Community Mobilizer (IRW):

  • Gained 1-year work experience in the field of community mobilization after competition SLC, CMA, ANM, Lab Assistant or similar course.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders at the local level
  • General knowledge of computer office package (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) including email and the internet.
  • Communication skills in both Nepali and English languages

Office Helper (Karyalaya Sahayogi):

  • Passed 10th class from a recognized educational institution.
  • To be able to assist in daily office operations including office cleaning and security.
  • Preference will be given to local candidates who have general knowledge about computers and can ride a motorcycle.

(A) Type of Selection Test: Publication of short list and all or some of the written, oral and experimental examinations as decided by the recruitment committee.
