Notice regarding staff requirements in the service contract
Regarding the present issue, as per the decision of the meeting of Mangalsen Municipality on 2077-04-06, the following number of qualified and qualified health technicians have to be contracted for the post of AHW and ANM in various health offices under the health branch of Mangalsen Municipality.
Interested Nepali Citizens should fill up the application form along with the receipt of payment of revenue by 2:00 pm within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice: This notice has been published for all concerned to apply.
This notice also informs that no action will be taken on the application which has not reached the due date and has expired. Detailed details including its form, application fee, work description, remuneration, terms of service will be available from the office.

Position: AHW (4th Level)
Number: 2 (two)
Minimum Educational Qualification: Passed CMA course from a recognized educational institution and registered with Nepal Health Professional Council.

Position: ANM (Fourth Level)
Required Number: 2 (two)
Minimum Educational Qualification: Passed ANM course from a recognized educational institution and registered with Nepal Nursing Council
Additional Information:
Eligibility: A Nepali citizen who has not been charged with a criminal offense and is disqualified by any law of Nepal.
Documents to be submitted: Personal details of the candidate, Copy of Nepali Citizenship Certificate, Copies of Educational Qualification Certificate / Certificate from outside Nepal from the University of Nepal, Equivalence Certificate), Copies of Work Experience Certificate 1/1 copy. All the copies to be submitted should be signed and certified by the candidates themselves.
Age: 18 years old and not exceeding 45 years old
Service facility: Mangalsen will be as per the rules of the municipality.
