The following posts have to be filled for the branch offices of Manushi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, which has a central level office at Banepa Municipality-13, Bhansepati Kavre with a Class D license from Nepal Rastra Bank. Minimum qualification required:
1. Assistant Level: Must have passed SLC or similar and have 2 years of work experience in MFI. Preference will be given to those who have passed Proficiency Certificate or Plus Two. Willing to work in the field of rural areas.
2. Junior Assistant Level: Must have passed SLC or equivalent and have 1-year work experience in MFI. Preference will be given to those who have passed Proficiency Certificate, or Plus Two. Willing to work in the field of rural areas.
Age limit: - Must have completed 18 years of age and not exceeding 35 years, but in the case of female candidates, the upper age limit will be added by 5 years.
2) Type of Examination: - From among those shortlisted, selection will be made through interview.
Salary Allowance and Facilities: - Will be as per the rules of the financial institution.
Special Preference: - Preference will be given to those who have good knowledge of Computer, Word, Excel, Email, Internet and have a license for a motorcycle.
