Qualifications for the Different Positions:
To qualify for the various positions, the following qualifications are required:
- For Department Head: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (a Master's degree is preferred) with working experience in the Life insurance sector and sound knowledge of computers.
- For Branch Manager: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (a Master's degree is preferred) with working experience in the Life Insurance Sector and sound knowledge of computers.
- For Operation Staff: A minimum of +2 Pass (a Bachelor's Degree is preferred) with sound knowledge of computers.
