For hospitals and health care offices under the Ministry of Social Development, Karnali; In case of recommendation from the Public Service Commission for filling up of posts, or if permanent staff is posted, or if there is any other arrangement, not automatically; Since technical staff in the following positions of health service have to be hired on service contract; This information has been published for the information of all the concerned Nepali citizens who are eligible as per the details, to apply to the Ministry of Social Development, Karnali Pradesh within 15 days from the date of publication of this information.

1) Eligibility of the candidate:
A) Must be a Nepali citizen.
B) Minimum Qualification: In order to be a candidate for the above-mentioned posts, one should have completed the qualification prescribed for the posts in the group and sub-group as per schedule 6 of the Nepal Health Service Regulations, 2055 in the related subject from the educational institution or university recognized by the Government of Nepal. In the field of Community Medicine, M.D. Or C degree.
C) Equivalency certificate must be submitted in case of studying from a foreign educational institution.
D) Age limit: Minimum 21 years for officer level and minimum 18 years for assistant level.
E) Registration and renewal should be done in the concerned health related business council.
F) The letter of recommendation of the concerned local level should be submitted for the permanent residence.
G) Inclusive. In the case of women, Adivasi Janajati, Madhesi, Backward Areas, Dalit), it is mandatory to submit certified documents.
H) In case of disability, proof of open disability must be submitted.
I) Must not be disqualified by prevailing law.
2) Application Method:
- Eligible and interested candidates are required to submit a complete file of the application form to this Ministry. In the case of a doctor, the application can be submitted only through the email address of the Ministry [email protected]. Application forms can be obtained from the Ministry's website www.mosd.karnali.gov.np.
3) Documents to be attached with the application:
- Passport size photo should be affixed in the form specified in the application form along with personal details of the candidate, copy of all certificates from SLC to minimum educational qualification, copy of certificate given to the concerned council, certified copy of experience, and copy of Nepali citizenship certificate. The candidate should have certified that the duplicate is correct as per the original in all the documents.
4) Selection Process:
- The selection process will be in accordance with the “Procedure for Selection in Technical Manpower Service Agreement, 2076 (with amendments)” approved by the Karnali Province Government.
5) Service Facility:
- The selected doctors and health workers can be deployed in any hospital or health service office in Karnali. Remuneration and conditions of service will be as per the rules of the Karnali Province Government.
6) Physicians and health workers appointed on such contract may be removed at any time if there is a recommendation from the Public Service Commission for filling the vacancy or if there is a permanent staff or other arrangements.
7) Expired and undeveloped applications will not be accepted.
8) There is no charge for the application.
