1. Position: Deputy General Manager
Required Number: 1
Location: Head Office, Dharan
This is a senior executive level management position. The position is second in command of the bank and holds overall responsibilities of the bank.
Criteria:
- Age - Not exceeding 55 years as on 29th Bhadra 2076
- Qualification - Master's Degree in any discipline but preferably in Finance/ Management/ Accountancy from a recognized University
- Experience - Minimum 2 years of experience in the Sr. Manager position in a Development Bank or as a Manager in a Commercial Bank.
2. Position: Manager/ Sr. Manager
Required Number: 1
Location: Head Office, Dharan
This is an executive-level management position involving among other responsibilities of complementing organizational Vision, Mission, and Strategies.
Criteria
- Age- Not exceeding 50 years as on 29th Blaadra 2076
- Qualification- Master's Degree in any discipline but preferably in Finance/ Management/ Accountancy from a recognized University
- Experience — Minimum 2 years of experience in the Manager/ Asst. Manager position in a Development Bank or minimum as a Manager / Sr. Officer in a Commercial Bank.
3. Position: Jr. Officer/ Officer/ Sr. Officer (Branch Manager)
Required Number: Few
Location: Sunsari/ Morang/ Jhapa/ Dhankuta/ Udayapur
This is a junior executive level management position. The position holds overall responsibilities of a branch or a particular department at HO.
Criteria:
- Age- Not exceeding 45 years as on 29th Bhadra 2076
- Qualification- Bachelor's degree in my discipline but preferable in Finance/ Management/ Accountancy from a recognized University or CA/ ACCA.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the same or one level below position in a Development Bank or minimum m a Senior Assistant/Supervisor in a Commercial Bank and no experience is required for CA/ ACCA.
- Should be familiar with banking functions including operations/credit or related working unit
