MUKTINATH BIKAS BANK LTD. is one of the leading National Level Development Bank. We require Dynamic, result-oriented, pragmatic, self-motivated and passionate candidates who are feasible to work inside and outside valley branches. Please apply for the suitable position/s mentioned below:
1. Management Trainee(MT): Required No. 25
for Inside/Outside Kathmandu Valle
Minimum Qualification: Masters Degree (Preferably in Management or Economics) with minimum of 60% or CGPA 3.25 out of 4 or equivalent from a recognized university.
The applicant shall not exceed the age of 30 as of 22 January 2020.
2. Trainee Assistant(TA): Required No. 80
a) Modern Banking: Required No. 30 for Inside/Outside Kathmandu Valley
Minimum Qualification: Intermediate in Management (10+2) (or equivalent) with a minimum of 50% from a recognized university or equivalent CGPA
The applicant shall not exceed the age of 25 as of 22 January 2020.
b) Small and Micro Banking (SMB): Required No. 50 for Inside/Outside Kathmandu Valley
Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (Preferably in Management or Economics) with a minimum of 45% from a recognized university or equivalent CGPA
The applicant shall not exceed the age of 30 as of 22 January 2020.
3. Small & Micro Banking (SMB)- (Assistant to Supervisor): Required No. 30
for Inside/Outside Kathmandu Valley
Minimum Qualification: Intermediate(Preferably in Management or Economics)
Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience from Micro-Finance/ Banking/ Financial Institutions or related field
> Applicant shall not exceed the age of 35 as of 22 January 2020.
Instruction to Applicants:
- Freshers are encouraged to apply for Trainee Assistant/ Management Trainee positions.
- Preference shall be given to local candidates or candidates from the surrounding areas of the branch.
- The position may be offered based on qualification & experience and functional position can be offered as per the requirement.
- Candidates must have a working knowledge of MS Office applications and must be fluent in written and spoken English and Nepali.
- Candidates with two-wheeler license shall have an added advantage especially for the applicant of Small and Micro Banking(SMB)
- Applicants for Small and Micro Banking (SMB) must be willing to work in rural/remote areas and should have a passion to work with rural farmers and smallholding entrepreneurs for uplifting the income and economic status of marginal/deprived people.
- All selected candidates must be willing to work in any branches of the bank (Inside/outside Kathmandu valley)
