
Nagarik Lagani Kosh Vacancy Fulfillment Through Open Competitive Examination
With the approval of the Public Service Commission, Citizens Investment Trust (CIT - Nagarik Lagani Kosh) announces an open competitive examination to fill the following permanent positions. Qualified Nepali citizens are invited to apply by submitting the required documents, including copies of their citizenship certificate and academic qualifications, through the official website www.nlk.org.np under the "career" section or directly at http://vacancy.nlk.org.np.
Applicants must submit the application form online and pay the designated fee through ConnectIPS or Esewa to the account number 01211034141 at Laxmi Bank Ltd., New Baneshwor. The deadline for application submission is 21 days from the date of notice publication, with an additional 7 days available upon double payment.
The syllabus for the advertised positions can be downloaded from the CIT website. Applicants with qualifications from foreign institutions must also submit a certificate of equivalency issued by the competent authority. Applications that are incomplete, late, or missing required documents will not be processed.
The Public Service Commission will conduct the written examination.

Special Notes Regarding Advertisement
In compliance with the order issued by the Supreme Court under writ petition no. 078-WO-0660 dated 2079/10/24, the recruitment process will also include posts that were lost due to the exclusion from the inclusive group quota in the fiscal year 2079/80. The recruitment will be carried out in accordance with the law to rectify the omission.

The additional 7-day period allowed through double payment is not considered for calculating eligibility related to age, education, training, or inclusive certificates.
Applicants must not have been dismissed from any government or organized institution job in a way that disqualifies them from future government service, must not have been convicted of moral turpitude by a court, and must be Nepali citizens.
Each position requires a separate application form.

Minimum Academic Qualifications

Assistant Officer, Sixth Level, Administration:
Master’s degree from a recognized university or Chartered Accountancy (CA) degree with a professional certificate from a recognized institution -
Senior Assistant, Fifth Level, Administration:
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university -
Senior Computer Operator, Fifth Level, Technical:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering from a recognized university -
Assistant, Fourth Level, Administration:
Completion of 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized institution
Additional Documents for Inclusive Group Candidates
Indigenous/Janajati:
Proof of ethnic group as per the schedule of the National Foundation for Development of Indigenous Nationalities Act, 2058. If multiple subgroups exist within a listed ethnic group, verification from the head of the local level and authentication by the Chief District Officer is required.
Madhesi:
Proof certified by an institution designated by the Government of Nepal published in the Nepal Gazette. If the institution is not specified, certification must be obtained from the Chief District Officer based on recommendation from the local level.
Persons with Disabilities:
Disability ID card issued by the Social Welfare Council or by the local authority as per Article 4(3) of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2074
