Chief Operating Officer

Requirement: 1

Role Summary:

Oversees end-to-end company operations, integrating whole supply chain, production, and administrative functions to ensure efficient, sustainable and profitable operations.

Minimum Required Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree with 20 years of relevant progressive experience, or Master’s degree with 10 years of relevant progressive experience.

Chief of Marketing and Sales

Requirement: 1

Role Summary:

Leads the commercial function by developing and executing integrated marketing and sales strategies that ensure growth, strengthen brand equity and expand market share.

Country Sales Manager

Requirement: 1

Role Summary:

Leads the country sales strategy into execution across all channels and regions. Drives Area Sales Managers’ performance to achieve revenue, volume, and market share targets.

Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience in sales and distribution management.

Marketing Head

Requirement: 1

Role Summary:

Develops marketing and trade marketing strategy and brand management. Ensures execution across brand strategy, innovation, trade execution, digital & media, and consumer marketing.

Minimum Required Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications or related field with a minimum of 15 years of related experience, or Master’s degree in the same discipline with at least 10 years of progressive experience.

Factory Manager

Requirement: 1 (Birgunj)

Role Summary:

Manages factory operations, ensuring efficient production and optimal coordination with various functions. Manages end-to-end supply chain and production operations to meet market demand.

Minimum Required Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with at least 10 years of progressive experience.

Creative Lead

Requirement: 1

Role Summary:

Provides creative direction, guiding visual storytelling across marketing campaigns and brand communications. Ensures consistent brand tonality, engagement and aesthetics.

Minimum Required Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Mass Communication, or a related field with 10 years of creative leadership experience and strong portfolio in brand and campaign development.

Business Development Manager

Role Summary:

Corporate Claims Officer

Requirement: 1

Role Summary:

Manages end-to-end claims process to ensure timely settlement of claims and to mitigate business and compliance risks. Coordinates with departments and third parties to ensure documentation and record accuracy.

Minimum Required Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 3 years of experience.

Bottling Manager

Role Summary:

Leads and manages complete bottling process, focusing on manpower utilization and raw material product quality, ensuring preventive maintenance scheduling, inventory tracking and budgeting.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with minimum 8 years of progressive experience, or Master’s degree with 5 years of experience.

Logistics Manager

Role Summary:

Oversees logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery across the downstream supply chain.

Role Summary:

Leads the retail trade audit execution, manages third-party audit agency, and develops audit insights to improve market execution and performance.

Minimum Required Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience in market audits or sales analytics.

IT Support

Requirement: 1

Role Summary: Manages IT hardware, applications, and digital services across central office and factory sites. Provides hands-on user support.

Minimum Required Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in IT or relevant field with at least 1 year of experience.

Logistics Assistant

Requirement: 2

Role Summary:

Supports logistics execution and documentation. Manages goods dispatches and tracking to ensure timely delivery and documentation.
