Narayani Development Bank Ltd., a Regional Level Development Bank having Central Office at Ratnanagar Municipality-01, Tandi, Chitwan, Nepal, invites application from highly Competent, Self-motivated, Skilled, Dynamic, Creative and result oriented qualified Nepalese Citizen who have passion to excel in Banking Industry for following positions for its Central Office and Branch Offices at Chitwan District.

1. Finance Department: Few

(Position: Officer Level)

General Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Management. Chartered Accountant, Semi Chartered Accountant, ACCA will be preferable and age shall not exceed 40 years as on 27th April 2024.
• Should have minimum 2 to 5 year’s banking experience having command & knowledge on General Banking Practice, Account Operations, Core Banking Software & NFRS.
• Priority shall be given to the local candidates having a wheeler’s Driving License.

2. Legal Department: Few

(Position: Supervisor - Officer Level)

General Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law and Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Management & Economic can be considered for significant experience in Legal & Recovery Department at any BFIs.
• Age shall not exceed 40 years as on 25th April 2024.
• Should have good knowledge in current Provisions, Practice, Act, Rules & Regulations, NRB Directive, Corporate and Business Law.
• Priority shall be given to the local candidates having two wheeler’s Driving License.

3. Credit & Operation Department: Few

(Position: Assistant - Officer Level)

General Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Management & Economic. Masters’ Degree will be preferable and age shall not exceed 35 years as on 27th April 2024.
• Should have minimum 3 year’s banking experience and should have knowledge of Core Banking Software preferably for Credit Department and currently working at least immediate lower position at any BFIs.
• Priority shall be given to the local candidates having two wheeler’s Driving License.
