VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

National Society for Earthquake Technology-Nepal (NSET) a non-government/non-profit organization working towards earthquake risk management, is implementing the Program for Enhancement of Emergency Response (PEER) Stage 4 (2014-2020). PEER is a regional training program Initiated in 1998 and is being supported by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID)/Office of U.S. Foreign Disaster Assistance (OFDA) to strengthen and institutionalize capacities in emergency and disaster response in participating Asian countries. NSET seeks application for the following position from eligible candidates.

The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Consultant, on short-term assignment, will be responsible for the external evaluation of PEER Stage 4 implementation; and provide a comprehensive report to NSET and USAID/OFDA on the evaluation of program's progress, program implementation and sustainability, challenges and recommendations for the remaining project term and vision beyond 2019.
