Nepal Army Vacancy for Sainya Post 2080:
Applications have been invited to fill up the military posts that are vacant other than the approved posts of the Nepali Army through an open and inclusive competition. Nepali citizens who meet the following qualifications should fill the online application form from the official website of Nepal Army www.nepalarmy.mil.np and print out the hard copy of the candidate self and submit it to the designated recruitment center or the candidate should appear at the recruitment center and fill the application form and pay Rs. 10/- (ten) to submit stamp duty application.
Date and Place of Submission of Application Form:
(a) Application submission date: From 2080/01/08 to 2080/02/07 and double fee submission from 2080/02/08 to 2080/02/14 during office hours.
(b) If the last date falls on a public holiday, the application form can be submitted on the day after which the office opens.

Application procedure: Enrollment centers.
(a) On submission of application form Rs. 150 (One Hundred and Fifty Rupees only) and will apply in more than one group in
the same advertisement, an additional fee of 20% will be charged for each group. Also, the bank account number, office code and revenue title number - 14224 specified by the concerned admission centers, the examination fee account and the gross receipt and copy of the same.
Copy- 1/1 (one/one) application form should be submitted to the said admission center.

(1) Candidates for the mentioned positions have been found qualified by medical examination, are not members of an organization with subversive intent by the court in a criminal prosecution that appears morally corrupt, have not been convicted for espionage against Nepal, have not been convicted for violating human rights and humanitarian laws, and are disqualified for government service in the future.

Candidates must have completed 18 years of age and not more than 22 years of age till the last date of submission of application on 02/07/2070 and Nepalese.
Candidates who are serving in the army should not exceed 26 years of age.
For Nepali Army candidates:
(a) The last date of submission of application is 2080/02/07, the minimum service period of 1 year should be completed.
(b) The recommendation of the unit head should be submitted. Necessary documents to be included with the application: Copies of the following documents should be attested by the candidates themselves and submitted at the rate of 1/1 (one/one) in the Nepali file. Cremated and duplicate certificates will not be accepted. It is compulsory to bring the original copies of all the documents to be submitted on the application day.
(a) Certificate of Nepalese citizenship.
(b) Certificates of qualification of all educational levels, character certificate and original/provisional certificate.
(c) In the case of those who have obtained degrees from boards and universities of other countries other than universities of Nepal, from Tribhuvan University.
The certificate of equivalency of the title obtained from a recognized book of published equivalency must also be submitted.
(d) Apart from educational qualifications, other certificates obtained by him (extra activities) and certificates related to various subjects.
(e) In the case of descendants of Nepali soldiers who are physically disabled due to military training or any physical injury while performing their duty and who died in the line of duty, the following additional documents must be verified and submitted by the candidate himself:
(1) The names should be included in the list of supporting documents published by the Directorate of Ceremonies.
(2) 1 (one) copy of the certified copy of the person mentioned as invalid or disabled in the pension right letter (Pension Patta).
(3) In the case of incumbent, copy of recommendation letter of Medical Board as per Rule 107 of Military Service Rules 2069 per 1 (one).
(4) 1 (one) copy of proof of relationship with the concerned candidate.
10) Photograph: A recent passport size photograph of the candidate showing the full face (including both ears) clearly visible.
(In case of male with beard and hair cut) per - 4 (four) and 2X2 size photograph per - 1 (one) should be submitted along with the application.
11) Contact date and venue for the examination:
Dated 2080/02/28 at 11:00 at the concerned admission center where the application has been submitted.
12) Selection process:
(a) Candidates' selection test will consist of internal wearing and pre-medical, physical test, written test, comprehensive health test and interview. The detailed criteria of the wearing test to be conducted under the admission selection process has been placed in the website advertisement.

(a) A person working in the Government of Nepal or other semi-governmental organization should submit the departmental approval while applying.
(B) Combat-Related Duties / Combat Support / Combat Service Support (service and support to the troops directly involved in the battle) except for the Nepali Army bodies that perform Direct Combat Duties / Close Combat Role (work to fight directly at the front during the battle) in the case of women. will be included in the Nepali Army agencies.
