Qualification for principal:

  • 4 Master's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 5 year's experience of teaching in +2 levels or minimum 3 year's experience as Principal in Secondary/Lower Secondary School.
  • Fluent in written, spoken English and good command over ICT.

Type of Appointment- Contract basis for four years. (Tenure can be extended if performance

is satisfactory for SMC.)

Remuneration- As per the 1st class officer of the government of Nepal

Qualification for Primary and Lower Secondary Teachers:

  • Minimum academic qualification is Intermediate or 10+2 in related subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the concerned major subject. Preference will be given to candidates having a higher level of academic qualification than the requirement.
  • Knowledge and skill of ICT will be valued. Experienced candidates will be given priority.
  • Teaching license for permanent candidates.
