Since the following vacant posts in Nepal Transit & Warehousing Company Limited and its offices have to be filled permanently through internal, open and inclusive competitive examination; Online application is invited. This vacancy published as per the consent with Public Service Commission.
Candidates who meet the specified qualifications must fill the necessary details through the company's online application system https://vacancy.nepaltransit.com and pay the prescribed application fee for the respective posts through the online payment system in the said system and submit it within 21 days from the date of first publication of this notice. It is also informed that no action will be taken on the applications that are not received properly and after the deadline.
Minimum educational qualification required
- Section Officer: Qualified according to the Company's Employees (Services, Conditions and Facilities) Regulations, 2072 (Second Amendment). Bachelor's degree in Management or Commerce from a recognized educational institution or Bachelor's degree or equivalent with one of the core subjects of Economics and Mathematics.
- Senior Assistant (Admin): Passed Higher Secondary level or equivalent from a recognized educational institution.
- Senior Assistant (Accounting): Passed from a recognized educational institution in one of the subjects of economics, mathematics, accounting, higher secondary level or proficiency certificate level in commerce, economics, mathematics, or equivalent.
- Computer Assistant: Having passed Proficiency Certificate level or higher secondary level in computer subject from a recognized educational institution or have passed higher secondary level or equivalent and received at least 6 months of computer-related training.
Type of Examination: The type of examination and the weighting will be as mentioned in the syllabus.
Examination Center: It will be in Kathmandu Valley. Written examination for all posts will be conducted by Public Service Commission. The program of the written examination will be published after the time is fixed by the Public Service Commission.
Application fee: Rs.1200/- (one thousand two hundred) for the branch office and Rs.400/- (four hundred) additional fee for each included group in that post. For the post of Assistant Rs. 700/- (seven hundred) will have to be paid and for each inclusive group in that post Rs. 300/- (three hundred) additional fee will have to be paid.
Last date for submission of online application: 2079-09-26. Paid double duty till 2079/10/05. The period of double duty shall not be counted for the purpose of age, educational qualification, training and length of service.
Candidate's age limit: In case of officer level (sixth level) open, they should be 21 years old and not exceeding 35 years old. In case of disabled and female candidates, they should not exceed 40 years of age. In the case of Senior Assistant (5th level) 18 years should be completed and not exceeding 35 years, in case of disabled and female candidates should not exceed 40 years. There will be no age limit for the company's employees.
Details of the work to be held in the position: It will be as specified in the company's "Employee (Services, Conditions and Facilities) Regulations, 2072 (Second Amendment) 2079" and related service groups.
Salary and other benefits: It will be according to the company's "Employee (Services, Conditions and Facilities) Regulations, 2072 (Second Amendment) 2079".
The candidate who submits the application for inclusion must submit the document for the opening of the inclusive group.
Applications that have not been registered within the appropriate deadline or have not met the minimum educational qualification or other specified details have not been disclosed or the prescribed fee has not been submitted or have not been received properly will not be accepted.
After all the stages of examination, the successful candidates will be recommended for appointment in the required number of posts according to the order of merit.
In the case of matters not mentioned in this notice, it will be in accordance with the company's "Employee (Services, Conditions and Facilities) Regulations, 2072 (with amendments)" and other prevailing laws.
