Nikshep tatha Karja Surakshan Kosh (Deposit & Credit Guarantee Fund), Tangal, Kathmandu Vacancies in the fund are filled by open competition
As per the consent of the Public Service Commission, the written examination will be conducted by the Public Service Commission and the following vacant posts in the Deposit & Credit Guarantee Fund should be filled permanently through open competition; Nepalese citizens who have met the following qualifications and who have not been disqualified in accordance with Regulation 22 of 2074 on the staff service and conditions of the fund, should mention the details in the application form provided by this fund and self-attest a copy of all the certificates of citizenship and educational qualification of SLC or above. It is invited to fill the application form along with 3 (three) copies of passport-size photographs taken recently at the central office of this fund, administration department, Tangal within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
Those who cannot submit the application within the said 21 days can submit the application within 7 days of exceeding the deadline by paying double the fee.
The prescribed examination fee for the post to be given by the Rastriya Banijya Bank, Tangal Branch Current Account No. 116000036701 and its gross receipt should be attached with the application.
If there is a public holiday on the last day of submitting the application, the application can be submitted on the next day. No action will be taken on the application that is not registered within the deadline and is not received properly.
Additional Information:
1) Type of Examination: Written, Interview, and other methods prescribed in the syllabus.
2) Equivalency determination certificate: If the candidate applying for the above-mentioned positions has an educational qualification acquired abroad, he must also submit a copy of the equivalency determination certificate from the relevant body.
3) Contact date and place: 2079/11/15 at 11:00 AM, Deposit & Credit Guarantee Fund, Central Office, Tangal, Kathmandu.
4) Date and venue of the examination: The written examination will be conducted by the Public Service Commission and the related date and venue will be published later.
5) Application Form Fee: From Deposit & Credit Guarantee Fund Rs. 100.- The application form can be obtained during office hours. In case of physical inability to collect the application form from the office, an additional amount of Rs. 100 should be deposited in the designated bank account.
6) Additional documents required for candidates applying towards inclusive groups
(a) In the case of indigenous tribes, in the case of castes listed in the Nepal Adivasi Tribes Upliftment National Foundation Act, based on the list of that act, but if there is more than one surname within the castes listed in the Nepal Adivasi Tribes Upliftment National Foundation Act, the chief district on the recommendation of the relevant local level. The application must be submitted after certifying that it is a surname within the caste listed by the official.
(b) In the case of Madhesi, the Government of Nepal shall publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and certify that they are Madhesi from the prescribed institution, but until the institution is published in the Nepal Gazette and the institution is designated, they shall be certified as Madhesi by the Chief District Officer and submitted with an application.
(c) In the case of Dalits, in the case of castes listed by the National Dalit Commission, on the basis of the same notification, but one within the caste listed by the National Dalit Commission. If there are more surnames than that, it should be certified as a surname within the caste listed by the chief district officer on the recommendation of the relevant local level and submitted with an application.
(d) In the case of disabled persons, a certificate certifying the disability by the Social Welfare Council must be attached on the recommendation of an approved physician.
7) Syllabus of the written examination is placed on the website of the fund www.dcgf.gov.np.
8) The period of double duty shall not be counted for the purpose of age, educational qualification, training, work experience and tenure of employment.
9) In the case of matters not mentioned in this notice, the staff service of the fund will be in accordance with the regulations related to conditions, 2074 and other prevailing laws.
10) The vacancy committee can cancel the application which has not been approved at any time.
