1. Departmental Head -2
- Level: Managerial / Officer
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor Degree completed from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience of Managerial level in Banking and Microfinance or at least 3 years of experience of Officer Level in banking and microfinance.
2. Internal Auditor - Few
- Level: Officer / Supervisor
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor Degree completed from a recognized university or Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience of auditing in Banking and Financial institution.
3. Monitoring Officer: Few
- Level: Officer / Supervisor
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor Degree completed from a recognized university or equivalent degree.
- Experience: at least two years of working experience as an officer level in Banking and Financial Institution.
4. Branch Manager - Few
- Level: Senior Assistant
- Qualification and Experience: Bachelor Degree completed and minimum one year of working experience in Microfinance or Intermediate level (+2 Level) completed and at least 2 years of experience in Microfinance.
Priority will be given to those candidates who have good computer knowledge and motorbike license holder.
