Nyaya Health Nepal Bayalpata Hospital Job Vacancy: Nyaya Health Nepal (NHN) is a non-profit healthcare organization that delivers high-quality, low-cost healthcare in rural Nepal. We are looking to add talents to expand quality healthcare in the Bayalpata Hospital Achham.
1. Medical Lab Technologist (BMLT) -1
Maintain high-quality Laboratory Services Using Standard Protocols and ensure dignified and evidence-based care to all patients. Perform Viral Load, Thyroid Functions, cultures B sensitivity, GENEXPERT etc. and lead the Lab department. Requirements: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology.
2. B.Sc or BN Nursing -1
Management of the nursing department and performing nursing care for patients through IPD, ER, OT and ANC. Requirements: B.Sc or BN Nursing or equivalent degree from recognized institute, NNC registered with preferably 1 years' experience.
3. Staff Nurse - 2
Perform nursing care for patients through IPD, ER, OT, and ANC. Requirements: Nursing or equivalent degree from a recognized institute, NNC registered with preferably 1 years' experience.
4. Health Assistant (HA) - 2
Provide evidence-based care to all patients through ER, Procedure, and OPD. Lead functional programs like TB, DRIB, Leprosy, HIV, etc. Requirements: HA from a recognized institute and NHPC registered with preferably 1 year's experience.
5. Program Coordinator for Community Health Program -1
The Program Coordinator works closely with the Program team leads, Monitoring, and Evaluation officer, and respective team in the areas of program management like planning, implementing, monitoring, evaluating, and reporting. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Bachelor of Public Health or Development Studies with 2 years experience)
6. Laboratory Technician -1
The Lab- technician will be responsible to provide clinical laboratory services, maintaining quality service using the required protocols, and always ready to provide support as per the needs of Lab department. Requirements: Proficiency Certificate Level (3 Years, PCL) in Lab Technology or equivalent degree from a recognized institute and registered in NHPC with 2 years experience.
