| 3. Officer / Assistant Officer - Few | At least two years of working experience in the field of microfinance after passing the postgraduate level, or undergraduate level, and not exceeding 40 years of age. |
| 4. Supervisor / Assistant - Few | Having passed the Certificate Level (12) examination, at least two years of work experience in the field of microfinance, 18 years of age and not exceeding 35 years. |
| 5. Junior Assistant - Few | At least one year of work experience in the field of microfinance after passing at least SEE exam and not exceeding 35 years of age. |
| 6. Trainee Junior Assistant (TJA) - Few | At least 18 years of age after passing the SEE exam and not exceeding 35 years |
When applying for Advertisement No. 1, a one-year business action plan has to be submitted. Experience documents should also be available when applying for advertisements with work experience.
In case of age, the female candidate will have one more year as mentioned above. Experienced applications shortlisted will be interviewed only. Successful candidates will be initially kept on probation for 6 months and trainees will be taken on contract for 6 months.
