Application Fee: The application fee for Medical Officer is Rs. 1000, and the application fee for an assistant fifth level Rs. 500, and the application fee for assistant fourteenth level Rs. 400 and the fee for a Non-Category post is Rs. 300 will have to be submitted. For additional inclusion, additional 100 documents will have to be submitted.

Application Process: After verifying the prescribed necessary documents, submit the prescribed fee to the revenue branch of Phedap Rural Municipality and apply in person by completing the applicant's application form along with the receipt.
Last date of submission of application: 2079-05-13 during office hours.
Age limit of the candidate: Must be 18 years old and not exceeding 35 years. (But in the case of technicians, women and the disabled, they should be 18 years old and not exceeding 40 years old.)

Minimum Qualification Required:
a) For Medical Officer: Passed MBBS from a recognized institution.
b) For Health Assistant: Passed Health Assistant course from a recognized educational institution or equivalent or above.
c) For Staff Nurse: PCL Nursing/Staff Nurse pass or equivalent or above from a recognized educational institution.
d) For Lab Technician: Passed Lab Technician Certificate from a recognized educational institution.
e) For AHW: Passed CMA course from a recognized educational institution, or equivalent or above.
f) For ANM: Passed ANM course from a recognized educational institution, or equivalent or above.
g) For Lay Assistant: Completed Lay Assistant Course from a recognized institution, or equivalent or above.
h) For Assistant Computer Operator: Must have passed SLC/SEE or equivalent in computer subject from a recognized institution or passed SLC/SEE or equivalent from a recognized educational institution and completed at least 3 months computer course from a registered institution. Or passed SLC/SEE or equivalent from a recognized educational institution and received three months of computer training conducted by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology for Semi-Skilled Manpower.
j) For Micro Enterprise Development Facilitator: Level 2 or equivalent in relevant subject from CTEVT, or above.
h) For AMIN: Passed SLC/SEE, or equivalent in Mathematics from a recognized educational institution and received at least 1 (one) year of training in Surveying or Geomatics.
k) For Rural Agriculture Worker: At least 3 months of experience as a Rural Agriculture Facilitator with at least SLC/SEE or equivalent.
L) For light vehicle drivers: Having received a light vehicle driver's license and completed the probationary period.
d) For Gardener: Class 8 passed.
D) SLC from a recognized educational institution for Officer Helper. Or passed the same.
Place of work: Within the jurisdiction of Phedap Rural Municipality.
Salary allowance and other benefits: As mentioned in the contract agreement.
