Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelors Degree in Management/Economics.

- Good knowledge in all CreditTypea, Risk, and Compliance

- Good knowledge in Operation, Account, and Compliance
- Good knowledge of SQL queries and Pumori Banking Software
- Selecting/implementing procedures and technologies for mitigation of operational risks
- Promoting operational risk awareness across the organization
- Excellent communication skill (Nepali and English)
- Good negotiation and presentation skill
