Eligibility Criteria:

For Executive Manager (Chief of Control Function)-1

- Minimum Master's Degree in related subject from a recognized university.

- Should have at least 7 years' experience in BFIs as a department head.

- Having knowledge about role of the Company Secretory and risk assessment in banking field.

- Knowledge of audit.

- Age not below 25 and not exceeding 45 years.

For Manager Level (Information Technology Department Head) -1

- Master's Degree in Information Technology or related subject from a recognized university and having at least 5 years' experience in BF Is.

- Preference will be given to Master's Degree in Information Technology or related subject from a recognized university and having IT related overall banking knowledge and at least 3 years of experience in IT Officer in any Bits.

- Age not below 21 and not exceeding 45 years.

For Officer Level-2

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in related subject from a recognized university.

- Should have at least 3 years of experience in Branch Manager or Credit In charger/marketing related field in Bank/Financial Institution

- Age not below 21 and not exceeding 40 years.

For Assistant Level-Few

- Minimum +2 in related subject.

- Should have at least 2 years of experience in Bank/ Financial Institution.

- Age not below 18 and not exceeding 35 years.

Position: Manager: Level (Branch Manager)-1

Officer Level: (Relationship Manager)-1 

Eligibility Criteria:

For Manger level:

• Minimum Master's Degree in Management or related subject from a recognized university.

• Should have at least 5 years of experience in Bank Financial Institution in Officer level.

• Preference will be given to candidates having overall banking knowledge and at least 2 years of experience as Branch Manager in any Bank/Financial Institution

• Age not below 21 and not exceeding 45 years.

For Officer level

• Bachelor's Degree in related field from a recognized university and having at least 3 years' experience in BFIs.

• Preference will be given to having overall banking knowledge and at least 2 years of experience as Branch Manager or Credit In charge in any BFIs.

• Age not below 21 and not exceeding 40 years.

Positions: Officer level (Relationship Manager)-1 

Eligibility Criteria:

- Bachelor's Degree in related field from a recognized university and having at least 3 years' experience in BFIs. 
- Preference will be given to having overall banking knowledge and at least 2 years of experience as Branch Manager or Credit In charge in any BFIs. 
- Age not below 21 and not exceeding 40 years.

Position: Junior Assistant Trainee- Few 

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum +2 in related subject with achievement of minimum 50% or equivalent marks.
