Prudential Insurance Company Limited invites application from competent Nepali Citizens for the post of Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO):
1. Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Academic Qualification: Master's degree in management from a reputed university.
Work Experience: At least
- 8 years of work experience in General Insurance in the position of Manager or above.
- 10 years of work experience in Banking/Financial Institutions in the position of Manager or above with minimum 2 years experience in the position of Manager or above in General Insurance.
Age: Not exceeding 50 years as of the date of this announcement.
Key competencies required:
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
- Should possess sufficient capability for business communication, financial analysis, and presentation.
- Excellent computer skills with email, Internet, word, excel, PowerPoint
- Should possess sufficient capacity to supervise a team.
- Should be well versed with Bima Samiti Directives, Tax, and prevailing laws.
