As part of the Promoting and Assisting Girls' Access to Technical Education and Employment (PRAGATEE) project, Right4Children is looking for qualified Facilitators to conduct Career Guidance Training (as a pilot program) for high school girls in 20 community schools in the Kaski district.
Position: Training Facilitators
The Facilitators will be responsible for carrying out the career guidance training sessions in the selected schools and providing further information to the participants if and when required after the conduction of the training sessions. Remuneration: The selected facilitators will be provided TOT on Career Guidance (free of cost) and an allowance will be provided during the training sessions in schools on daily basis.
Qualification and competencies:
- Dynamic, motivated, and open to learning
- Good teaching and facilitation skills
- Good communication (good written and spoken Nepali and English) and teamwork skills
- Open to changes and ability to manage complexities
- Completion of Bachelor's Degree (Result waiting students can also apply)
