1. Recovery and Legal Officer (Jr. Officer to Sr. Officer)- 01 (For Kathmandu)
Job Description:
The position is responsible for NPA management and legal affairs within the finance company as a team leader.
Job Description:
- To perform activities for NPA management, timely recovery of overdue, issue letter for recovery.
- Prepare and publish information notice for related parties for legal action.
- To draft and execute company legal documents such as confidentiality agreements, development and board approvals.
- Communication with government authorities and courts to address any issue on the bank's operation and prepare an inventory of all legal cases should file in court.
- Confirm the proper contract and legal documents for execution and Check all legal documents including the security agreement before loan disbursement.
Job Specifications:
- Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Law.
- Minimum 1-year experience in any NRB licensed BFI’S.
- Preference shall be given to those candidates having banking experience in the Legal and recovery Department.
Age limit: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 45 years.
2. Assistant Level - For Kathmandu/Pokhara/Chitwan/Hetauda and Butwal - Few
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Management/Economics or 10+2 in Management/ Economics for those candidates having experience in BFls for more than 3 years
Job Specifications:
- Good communication skills with the ability to delight customers with personalized service.
- Able to adjust and adaptin to a new environment.
- Having prior work experience in the credit department of BFI would be an added advantage.
- Having valid two-wheelers driving license.
Age limit: Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 35 years.
