1. Assistant Branch Manager (Sr. Assistant to Jr. Officer - Hetauda Branch, Few for Other Branches
Education and Qualification:
For Senior Assistant
- Minimum 10+2 and Bachelors Degree in Management/ Economics.
For junior Officer:
- Minimum Bachelors' Degree in Management/ Economics.
Job Specifications:
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in any NEB licensed BIFs.
- Preference shall be given to those candidates having banking experience as an Assistant Branch Manager.
- Strong technical understanding of the banking operation, credit & deposit.
- Good knowledge of banking software (PUMORO.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Having valid two-wheelers driving license.
- Having sound knowledge of overall Branch Handling.
Age Limit:
- For Senior Assistant: Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 35years.
- For Junior Officer: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 45 years.
2. Junior Assistant / Assistant - Few (Outside Valley)
Education and Qualification: Minimum 10+2 and Bachelors' Degree in Management/ Economics.
Job Specifications:
- Good communication skills with the ability to delight customers with personalized service.
- Able to adjust and adapt to the new environment
- Having prior work experience would be an added advantage.
- Having a good sense of customer service & compliance. Having valid two-wheelers driving license.
Age limit: Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 35 years.
