Head Agri-lending —1
Corporate Position: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager
Education: Master's Degree from a recognized university
Location: Head Office
Experience At least six, seven and eight years of experience in rural and agricultural lending in developing countries for applying to Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager and Manager level respectively.
Age: Not exceeding 45 years as on April 17, 2019
Major Responsibilities:
- Formulating agri-lending strategy
- Market scoping
- Identifying & developing innovative value chain financing models
- Devising required actions plans, product papers/manuals/guidelines,
scoring models and creating sizeable agriculture portfolio
Candidates should clearly specify the personal and professional details, the name of the organization they are working at present and current corporate position. Candidates are not encouraged to apply for more than one position higher than their current corporate position. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the further selection process. Education qualification of a candidate shall be given secondary importance in case s/he holds considerable years of relevant experience.
