The Sanjen Khola Hydroelectric Project (78 MW) under construction at Chilime in Rasuwa district required the following number of technical and skilled workers. | 1. Assistant of the Site Manager for Earth Works - 10 (Ten) | Diploma of Engineering in Civil & at least 5 years work experience. |
| 2. Assistant of the Site Manager for Powerhouse Civil Works - 8 (Eight) | Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering & at least 5 year's work experience. |
| 3. Assistant of the Site Manager for Stricture Works -15 (Fifteen) | Diploma of Engineering in Civil & at least 3 year's work experience. |
| 4. Assistant of the QA/QC Manager for Civil Works - 5 (Five) | |
| 5. Measurement Engineer - 3 (Three) | Minimum DC & at least 5 years of work experience. |
| 6. Assistant of the Site Manager for HW (Sand Flushing & Water Lowering Equipment) - 10 (Ten) | Diploma of Engineering in Mechanical & at least 3 year's work experience. |
| 7. Assistant of the Site Manager for HW (Spillway gale, steel penstock others) - 5 (Five) | Diploma of Engineering in Mechanical & at least 2 year's work experience. |
| 8. Assistant of the Site Supervisor for HW (Sand Flushing & Water Lowering Equipment) - 10 (Ten) | |
| 9. Assistant of the Site Supervisor for HW (Spillway gate, steel penstock others) - 10 (Ten) | Minimum Diploma of Engineering in Mechanical & at least 3 year's work experience. |
| 10. Assistant to Site Manager - 8 (Eight) | Minimum BBA / BBS and at least 5 year's work experience. |
| 11. Assistant to Measurement Manager - 3 (Three) | BF & at least 3 year's work experience. |
