SHL Management Services (KTM) P. Ltd. is a company engaged in the leisure, entertainment and hospitality industry which is involved in the operation and management of casinos. Currently, it manages and operates The Millionaires Club and Casino in the premises of Hotel Shangri-La, Lazimpat, Kathmandu and another Casino in the premises of Tiger Palace Resort, Bhairahawa. We are looking for dynamic, dedicated, proactive and ambitious professionals to be a part of our team.

Experience
- Must have at least 20 years experience working with corporate boards and senior executives of the Integrated Resort (IR) marketing and operational departments to create, develop and execute business plans, key initiatives and sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and EBITDA.
The scope of work :
- Create and execute the integrated sales, marketing, and communication strategies for the Casino and IR. Must have excellent management skills with a passion for mentoring and leading large Sales, Marketing, Loyalty Club and Customer Service teams to grow the business. Must be able to demonstrate a successful track record in multiple IR properties within the Asia Pacific region.
Language: Must be able to communicate in English and knowledge of any other languages would be an added benefit.
Salary: Negotiable.
