Chef De Partie (One)
BHM or Diploma or Proficiency Certificate level in Culinary Arts. Minimum 2 years of experience as Chef de Partie or DCDP in a hotel or restaurant chain with good standards. Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP and occupational health and safety standards will be essential. Candidates with good practical, operational, and adequate administrative skills, and a flair for creativity are a must.
Commis Chef (One)
BHM or Diploma or Proficiency Certificate level in Culinary Arts will be an advantage. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in a hotel or restaurant chain with good standards. Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP and occupational health and safety standards will be essential. Candidates with good practical, operational skills and a flair for creativity are a must.
