The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal Vacancy for Various Positions:

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN) is an autonomous body established under the Nepal Chartered Accountants Act, 1997 solely authorized to provide education, guidance, control, and supervision of the Accounting Profession in Nepal and to enhance social recognition and faith in the accounting profession by raising public awareness towards economic and social responsibility of accountants to contribute towards economic development of the country.

ICAN seeks application from qualified and interested Nepalese Citizens on contractual basis for the following positions:

Position and Required Number	Qualifications and Experience
1. Director - 1 (One)	CharteredAccountant from any recognized Institute with a minimum of 8 years post ICAN membership experience in the related field
2. Joint Director - 1 (One)	CharteredAccountant from any recognized Institute with a minimum of 7 years post ICAN membership experience in the related field
3. Deputy Director - (Two)	CharteredAccountant from any recognized Institute with a minimum of 5 years post ICAN membership experience in the related field
4. Deputy Director - 1 (One)	Master degree from a reputed university with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the related field
5. Assistant Director - 3 (Three)	Chartered Accountant from any recognized Institute holding membership of ICAN
6. Assistant Director - 4 (Four)	Master degree from a reputed university with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the related field

Roles & Responsibilities:

Positions require vision, leadership, and management skills.
Demonstrate intellectual and personal credibility to deal with members, students, educational institutions, regulating bodies, Government Organizations, and similar public accountants organizations.
These roles require positioning of ICAN by identifying and pursuing opportunities for developing and increasing services and knowledge among members and students.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A team player who leads with visible commitment and integrity recognizing the challenges, responsibilities, and variety as the position demands.

Salary and benefits: As per ICAN's Rules and Regulations

Age Limit: 25 years of age not exceeding 45 years on the last date of submission of application.
