The Leprosy Mission (TLM) is present in more than 30 countries around the world and is working in Nepal since 1967 with its Health and Disability interventions, Inclusive Development, Research, and Advocacy activities. TLM Nepal is leading a consortium implementing the "HEAL Project" in 11 districts* over 3 years with the support from UKAID.

The goal of the project is to provide cutting-edge treatments, care and backstopping to end suffering and disability caused by leprosy and lymphatic filariasis in endemic districts of Nepal. *Lalitpur (Central Office), Morang, Sunsari, Rautahat, Bara, Parsa, Chitwan, Lalitpur, Kapilbastu, Banke, Bardia, Rupandehi.

Key Responsibilities

Project Director -1

Location: Lalitpur

Minimum Qualification: 

Master's Degree (Ph.D. preferred ) in public health or related discipline and a minimum of 10 years of experience

Project oversight, planning, and monitoring responsive engagement with national and international stakeholders contributing to national leprosy and LF (NTD) program.

Project Manager -1

Location: Lalitpur

Minimum Qualification: 

Master's Degree in public health, epidemiology, global health or relevant discipline and a minimum of 7 year's progressive experience.

Lead project interventions in all 11 districts coordinating with staff and key stakeholders.  Provide technical support through mobilization, monitoring, and supervision of teams and activities.

Finance Manager -1

Location: Lalitpur

Minimum Qualification: 

Master's Degree in accounting, finance or semi-qualified CA/ACCA with a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience.

Management of accounts, financial reporting, and compliance with donor finance requirements.

MEAL Manager -1

Location: Lalitpur

Minimum Qualification: 

Master's Degree in Economics, Development Studies, Statistics or related social science and a minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience.

Design, develop and implement the MEAL system in project areas, verify information, increase evidence and accountability.

District Coordinators - 5

Location: Bake, Bara, Morang, Rupandehi, Chitwan,

Minimum Qualification: 

Bachelor's Degree in public health or related discipline and at least 3 to 5 years' experience.

Lead district level interventions providing strategic direction and coordinating field staff in project activities in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
