OPERATION MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing domestic/international remittance
- Define vision, roadmap and growth opportunities
- Lead to the smooth and efficient operation
- Reporting and Increase of transaction as needed to ensure overall growth.
- Provide guidance and support to the operation and another team
- Coordinate with partners and stakeholders to promote and enhance company business.
- Planning for the thriving of mobile wallet platform
Requirements:
- MBA/MBS with proven experience above 5 years in the maneuver of national/international remittance business.
- Extremely organized team-player, proactive, self-motivated and strategic thinker.
- Track record of effective oral/written communication and leadership skills.
- Substantial, hands on experience in PSO/PSP as an additional preferred qualification.
Salary: Negotiable
