Vacancy Announcement at Centre for Agro-Ecology and Development (CAED)

Centre for Agro-Ecology and Development (CAED) broadly works on Food Sovereignty, Women and Girls Empowerment and Sexual Reproductive Health Rights issue, Dalit and Indigenous Peoples' Rights issue. It is seeking a passionate and competent Provincial Program Coordinator based in Surkhet, initially for two years with possibility of renewal.

 Minimum Requirement and Competencies: 

• Masters in Social Science or Rural Development or any related discipline with 4 years of professional experience working in rural context with project management
• Having leadership and management quality and mentoring project team to achieve set goal and objectives
• Good analytical skills to interpret local socio-cultural issues
• Having multi-tasking and analytical report writing skills
• Good advocacy skills, coordinating and collaborating skills with provincial and local government and sectorial agencies
• Ability to enhance capacity of local NGOs/CBOs with rights based perspective
• Excellent proficiency of oral and written English and Nepali
