JOB SPECIFICATION:
- At least Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of working experience in cement manufacturing company as a Sales Manager.
- Through knowledge of projects related business in Nepal and the ability to drive in the customers.
- A sound understanding of competitor’s rand and devise strategies to strengthen brand presence.
- Having knowledge of accounting.
- Computer proficiency with strong analytical & communication skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Formulating and executing sales strategy.
- Establishing and expanding the customer base.
- Oversee sales staff & monitor team performance and set targets.
- Travel to all target areas and have one on one relationship with all the main buyers.
