Vijaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is a National Level Microfinance Financial Institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank. The central office of this organization is located at Gaindakot-5, Nawalparasi. Due to the increase in the scope of work and business of this financial institution, some additional staff needs to be added; From qualified candidates with specified educational qualifications and work experience and willing to work in the field of microfinance. 1. Officer - Administration Department

Educational Qualification: Passed a minimum bachelor's or equivalent examination in Management or Economics from a recognized educational institution. Candidates who have passed the postgraduate (Master's Degree) level will be given special consideration.
Work Experience: Achieved a minimum of 3 years of work experience in a financial institution or any organized organization with a minimum of 2 years of experience at the official level in the Department of Human Resources or Administration.

2. Senior Officer - Finance Department

Work Experience: Have at least 3 years of work experience and training in the field of information technology.

2) Salary facility: As per the rules of the organization.

3) Trial period: Six months.

4) How to apply:

Note:

Must have good knowledge of computer operation for all the above-mentioned posts.
Candidates on the shortlist will have to bring the original copy of their citizenship certificate or any other photo issued by the Government of Nepal along with the identity card on the day of the oral examination otherwise it will not be included in the examination.
If you have educational certificates obtained from educational institutions outside Nepal, you will have to submit a certificate of equivalence determination.
Special consideration will be given to the applications of eligible Dalits, Janajatis, Madhesis, women, and the poor in rural areas.
In the case of women candidates, the upper age limit will be increased by five years.
