1. Supervisor (Branch Manager) - Few
- Graduation level or 10 + 2 level or equivalent.
- At least 3 years work experience in the field of microfinance after graduation.
- Passed 10 + 2 level and gained at least 4 years work experience.
- Preference will be given to candidates with motorcycle driver's license.
2. Senior Assistant (Branch Manager) - Few
- Passed 10 + 2 level or equivalent.
- At least 3 years work experience in the field of microfinance. Preference will be given to candidates with motorcycle driver's license.
3. Junior Assistant (Trainee) - Few
- Passed 10 + 2 and SEE or similar exams
- General information about microfinance.
- Basic computer training. Preference will be given to candidates with motorcycle driver's license.
Age limit: The age limit of the candidates for the said posts should be 25 years and not exceeding 35 years in the case of male candidates for advertisement No. 1/078/79 by the last day of submission of application. For Advertisement No. 2/078/79, male candidates should have completed 21 years and not exceeding 35 years. For Advertisement No. 3/078/79, male candidates should have completed 18 years and not exceeding 35 years; And in case of age of female candidates, the upper age limit for all posts and categories will be increased by 5 years.
Salary and other benefits: As per financial institution rules.
