Employee Requirements
Applicants are invited from willing Nepalese citizens as they have to recruit staff in the following positions for national level Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha, licensed as 'D' from Nepal Rastra Bank. The final decision regarding employee selection will be with the financial institution.
1. Branch Chief (Ad No 076/77/1)
A) Junior Officer - Some
Bachelor's Degree Passed in Economics or Management with 2 years experience in the field of microfinance. Have a driver's license (Motorbike).
B) Management Trainees - Few
Masters Degree in Economics or Management. Driver's License (Motorbike) will be given preference.
C) Assistant / Senior Assistant - Few
Passed Graduate level in any subject with 1 year in microfinance or 10 + 2 level with 2 years work in microfinance. Preference will be given to those with a driver's license (motorbike).
2. Field Assistant (Ad No. 076/77/2)
A) Junior Assistant (Contract) - Few
At least six months of work in the post of Assistant, Facilitator, Assistant Member, Center Operator and trainee assistant in microfinance after passing the SLC or similar examination.
B) Trainee Assistant - Few
Preference will be given to those who have passed at least the SLC or similar examination and have a driver's license (Motorbike).
Salary Facility: As per the rules of the institution.
Age Limit: At least 18 years old and Not Exceeding 35 years old.
Exam Type: Ad no. 1 Interview for (A), (C) and (A) of advertisement no. 2; Written and interviewed for advertisement no. 1's (b) and 2's (b).
Examination Manual / Examination: Examination Manual 300 / - will be charged. The Name of Womi Microfinance Financial Institution Ltd. at the Prime Commercial Bank Ltd., Branch Office Chaubikskothi, Chitwan Account No. 00300914 CA or the Century Commercial Bank Ltd. Branch Office Narayanghat's Account No. 0040000287 CA. The applicant's name must be submitted in writing to the depositor.
Ad no. In the case of Applicants 1 (A), (C) and 2 (A), shortlisted candidates should submit the test paper only. Those on the shortlist will be contacted for the selection process.
