Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Vacancy for Various Positions:

Since the following posts have to be filled for the national level Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited licensed as 'D' class by Nepal Rastra Bank; Interested and eligible Nepali citizens are invited to apply within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice through the central office of the financial institution or email address [email protected].

1. Branch Head (Advertisement No: 077/78/1)

(A) Junior Officer - Few

Bachelor's degree from a recognized educational institution and 2 years of work experience in the field of microfinance. Preference will be given to those who have worked as branch heads. Must have a motorcycle license.

(B) Management trainees - Few

Passed Master level in Economics or Management. Preference will be given to those who have a driver's license (motorcycle).

(C) Assistant / Senior Assistant - Few

Having passed Bachelor level from a recognized educational institution and 1-year work experience in the field of microfinance or 10+2 / Proficiency Certificate level (PCL) and 2 years of work experience in the field of microfinance. Preference will be given to those who have a driver's license (motorcycle).

2. Field Assistant (Advertising No. 077/78/2)

(A) Junior Assistant - Few

Having passed SLC / SEE or similar from a recognized educational institution and have at least six months of work experience in the position of trainee/assistant/facilitator/assistant member/center manager in the field of microfinance.

(B) Trainee Assistant - Few

Passed SLC / SEE or similar from a recognized educational institution. In the case of SEE, a minimum D grade should be obtained in all subjects. Special priority will be given to those who have a driver's license (motorcycle).

Additional Information:

1) Age limit: All posts have been completed for 18 years and not exceeding 35 years till the last date of application. In the case of women candidates, 5 years will be added to the upper age limit (not exceeding 40 years of age).

2) Type of Examination: Field Concept and Interview for Management Trainee and Trainee Assistant and Interview for other posts.

3) Required Documents: One-page handwritten article and application regarding microfinance program, recent passport size photo, biodata (CV), copy of citizenship, educational qualification, experience, and training certificates.

4) Examination Fee: The examination fee is Rs. 250 / - The said amount should be deposited in the name of this financial institution in account no. 0750000972CA of Century Commercial Bank Ltd., Sanga Branch by writing the name of the applicant.

5) Other conditions and arrangements: As per the rules of the organization.
