Women's Rehabilitation Center (WOREC) Nepal

Women's Rehabilitation Center (WOREC) Nepal is a non-profit national non-governmental organization dedicated to women's rights and struggling for gender equality and social justice. Due to the requirement of the following staff in the following districts for conducting export management and programs under the Women's Anti-Violence Campaign and Economic, Social Rights Campaign, applications have been issued to the qualified candidates.

Social Mobilizer

  • Jaleshwar Municipality, Mahottari (Ward No. 3,4,1,2) for 1 Person
  • Matihani municipality, Mahottari (Ward No, 1, 2 and 4): 1 Person
  • Loharpatti Rural Municipality for 1 Person
  • Sarlahi, Malangwa Municipality (Ward No. 1, 2 and 3) for 1 Person

Minimum Qualification: At least 2 years of work experience in the relevant field after completing the Certificate of Proficiency in the field from a recognized educational institution or 1-year work experience in the relevant field by completing the graduation level.

  • Participate in exporting, recording, coordinating with reporting, and coordinating with organizations, locally concerned, people's representatives, government bodies and various community organizations working on human rights and women's rights issues.
  • Supporting the formation of groups on gender-based violence and economic, social and cultural rights, conducting group mobilization and orientation.
  • Program Reporting, Learning, Archiving Stories.
  • Assisting in legacy and other organization programs.

JTA

Areas:

  • Janakpur - 1 Person
  • Mahottari / Sarlahi - 1 Person

Minimum Qualification: Passed JTA / Proficiency Certificate (I.Sc.Ag.) in Technical Agriculture and Animals from a reputed educational institute for at least 2 years of work in the field.

  • Export participation, record keeping, reporting and coordinating with the association's organizations, organized by local community stakeholders, public representatives, government bodies and various community organizations working on human rights and women's rights issues.
  • Farmers' groups, women's groups, juvenile groups, mobilization and group surveillance, improved livestock and management herds, pest management, climate change, and intensive organic farming systems, orientation and monitoring of exports.
  • Technical information and assistance on animal husbandry, vegetable farming, and cash crops.
  • Outline appropriate business plans for women entrepreneurship development and provide mobility to the groups in the community and assist them in marketing and marketing by producing the market.
