Overview
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) at World Vision Modern Campus, Rajbiraj
The B.Ed. at WOVMS is a four-year Tribhuvan University program oriented toward school teaching and education services. It follows TU Faculty of Education policies on curriculum, practicum, internal evaluation, and examinations.
Students select subject areas as offered for the session and complete practice teaching under supervision.
Program Aim and Teacher Formation
The B.Ed. shapes reflective teachers who can plan lessons, manage classrooms, and assess learning fairly. Emphasis is placed on clarity of explanation, suitable activities for age groups, and careful record keeping.
Curriculum Areas
Aligned with TU’s B.Ed. framework:
-
Foundations of education and Nepal’s school structure
-
Educational psychology and assessment
-
Curriculum studies and inclusive practices
-

-
Classroom management, ICT in education, and materials preparation
-

Practicum and Support
Students complete practice teaching in partner schools when scheduled, prepare lesson plans, and receive feedback from mentors.
The campus library supports lesson planning with textbooks, reference guides, and resource materials. Workshops on question setting, rubric use, and exam preparation run before terminals and finals.
Progression
Graduates pursue teaching positions in schools, tuition centers, or education service roles. Some continue to M.Ed. or specialized certificates.
The program builds steady classroom habits—clear speech, time management, and fair assessment—that support a long career in education.
