CEDB Hydropower Got Approval to Issue IPO - 25.18 Lakh Units of Share:
The Nepal Securities Board (SEBON) has given permission to CEDB Hydropower Development Company Limited to issue an initial public offering (IPO). The board has given permission to the company to issue an IPO on Baishakh 2.
Accordingly, the company will issue 25 lakh 18 thousand 230 Units of shares, i.e. Rs. 25 crore 18 lakh 23 thousand to the public. The issue and sale manager of the company is Sunrise Capital.
