Kageshwori Manohara Municipality Issues 35-Day Notice on School Name and Ownership Changes

Kageshwori Manohara Municipality, Office of the Municipal Executive, Danchhi, Kathmandu, has issued a 35-day public notice regarding proposed changes in the names and ownership of some institutional schools operating within the municipality.

The concerned schools have submitted applications to the Office of the Municipal Executive along with letters from the Office of the Company Registrar concerning changes in their names and ownership.

The municipality has informed all concerned parties that if anyone has any transaction-related claim or objection against these schools in connection with the proposed changes, they must submit a claim or objection application with supporting evidence to the Education, Youth and Sports Section of the municipality within 35 days from the date of publication of the notice.

The municipality has also clarified that no action will be taken on claims or objections received after the specified 35-day period.

According to the notice, the details of the schools seeking permission for changes in name and ownership are as follows:

A. School Seeking Permission for a Name Change

Current Name of the School: Mero Dosro Ghar Pvt. Ltd.

Name to Be Maintained After the Change: Euro Scholars School Kathmandu

B. Schools Seeking Permission for Change of Ownership

Mount Everest Educational Academy Pvt. Ltd.

Persons who will retain share ownership:
