Dr. Khemraj Joshi Appointed CEO of Imperial College of Engineeringin Tathali, Bhaktapur
Engineer Dr. Khemraj Joshi has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Imperial College of Engineering located in Tathali, Bhaktapur. The college, which has been producing engineers in various disciplines for two and a half decades, appointed Dr. Joshi, a former Registrar of the Nepal Engineering Council, as part of its effort to build a strong academic team.
Newly appointed CEO Dr. Joshi has substantial experience in the construction and teaching sectors, including at HIST College under Purbanchal University, hydropower projects, and other major infrastructure projects.
Improvements in Infrastructure and Technology
According to the Imperial College of Engineering’s Principal, Er. Dipendra Jamkattel, the college aims to provide students with the latest technological facilities, including Digital Twin Technology, as supplementary learning from the new academic session. The college has planned substantial investment in laboratory and sports infrastructure for this purpose.
Similarly, Department Head Er. Rupesh Yadav said the college has added laboratories by adopting new technologies over the past two years and is developing a qualified and experienced teaching faculty.
According to him, the college is making extensive changes and improvements to its name, management leadership, laboratories, infrastructure, and teaching methods.

Principal Jamkattel said admissions at the Imperial College of Engineering, which operates under Tribhuvan University, will be conducted according to the university’s academic calendar.
