CEDB Hydropower Development Company Limited Notice regarding public issue and sale of ordinary shares (IPO)
25,18,230 shares (2% or 50,365 shares allotted to employees, 5% or 1,25,911 shares allotted to collective investment funds) of CEDB Hydropower Development Company Limited with a face value of Rs. 100 per share and the remaining 23,41,954 ordinary shares have been issued and opened for sale since 2078-1-17 due to over-application.
After the banking hours on 2078-01-21, we would like to inform everyone of the information regarding the closing of the application process for the said shares.
C-ASBA member banks and financial institutions involved in this issuance are requested to consider this information as official and close the application date for ordinary shares on 2078-01-21 (after banking hours).
