Mailung Khola Hydropower Company Limited IPO Date: Mailung Khola Hydropower Company Limited (Mailung Khola Jal Vidhuyut Company Limited) is going to issue IPO to the public from July 29 2021 (Shrawan 14, 2078). The company is going to issue a total of Rs 73628600 IPO. Accordingly, the company will issue a total of 736,286 units IPOs at a face value of Rs 100 per unit.

Out of the total, 14 thousand 726 units of shares will be allocated for the employees of the company, and 36 thousand 814 units of shares will be allocated for the collective investment fund. The general public will be able to apply for the remaining 6 lakh 84 thousand 746 units.

In this IPO, the general public will be able to apply for a minimum of 10 units a maximum of 100,000 units. With the permission of SEBON, applications can be submitted from banks and financial institutions participating in the ASBA service, and their branch offices, and online from CDSC's MeroShare through the C-ASBA system.

Applications for this IPO can be submitted as early as August 2 and as late as August 12 by banking time. The securities sales manager is Siddhartha Capital Limited.

The IPO of Mailung Khola Hydropower was cleared by the Securities and Exchange Board on July 7.
