Police HQ Notice to 12 Absentee Police Staff to Report Within 7 Days

Nepal Police Headquarters, Naxal has issued a notice directing 12 police staff members who have been absent without authorization since various dates to contact the concerned office.
As they did not come into contact despite search efforts and as per the Police Regulation, they have been instructed to report within seven (7) days (excluding travel time) with a satisfactory written explanation.
This notice has been published after completing the required process under Rule 115, Clause (2) of the Police Regulation, 2071 (with amendments). If the concerned staff do not report to the respective office or the notice-issuing office within the specified deadline with a satisfactory reply, action will be taken to remove them from service.
The notice further clarifies that, for the offense under Rule 113, Sub-rule (1), Clause (ch), they will be removed from service in accordance with Rule 109, Clause (kha) (1) of the same Regulation. This collective notice informs that the staff have been provided an opportunity to present their defense.
