Electronic transaction regulations to implement all the services mentioned in the Citizen Charter of the Nepal Veterinary Council including the name of veterinarians, application for licensing examination, periodic registration, specialist registration, ethical approval, no objection letter, and identity card through "Veterinary Council Online Service (VCOS)", According to Rule 37 of 2064, the registered veterinarians and other service users of this council are allowed to enter the council to accept documents in electronic form or submit any bill or amount to be understood through electronic means.
