Rajarshi Janak University Opens Online Registration for PGDE, LLB and Other Programs
Rajarshi Janak University (RJU), Central Examination Operation and Records Center, Janakpurdham, has published a notice regarding the submission of online registration forms for students enrolled and studying in the academic year 2083/084.
According to the notice published on 2083/06/15, students enrolled in PGDE, LLB, LLM, MCA, M.Sc. Environmental Science, and MCME programs operated under the university must complete their registration forms by 2083/07/13.
Key Rules and Conditions for Registration
- Registration Fee and Payment: The registration fee will be charged according to the university's rules. When submitting the forms, only the amount corresponding to the number of forms should be paid. The center has clarified that any excess amount paid will not be adjusted against registration forms submitted later.
- Required Documents and Foreign Boards: The documents that must be attached to the registration form are listed on the back of the form. Students who have passed from a foreign board must compulsorily attach a copy of their Equivalent Certificate.
- Conditions for Rejection of Forms: Registration forms submitted without meeting the prescribed requirements will not be accepted. The notice states that the registration fee must be paid again when resubmitting such forms.
- Electronic Copy: An electronic copy of the registration form must be prepared in EXCEL format and submitted either through a pendrive or by email at centralexam@rju.edu.np.
- Deadline for Migration Certificate: Students must submit the registration form along with their original Migration Certificate to the office within 07 (seven) days from the prescribed final submission date.
